IMPORTANT NOTE
This Exhibitor’s Handbook is an integral part of the Contract.
International Exhibitors need to obtain their entry visas in a timely manner.
All information on the Exhibition is available to Exhibitors from the Organizers.
The Exhibitor shall address any shipments to itself by its own name or its company’s name and shall be liable for its exhibits or samples during their shipment.

  1. An Exhibitor which has paid for unequipped space will be provided an outlined exhibit space only. It is prohibited to use in any way the equipment, structures (walls), or utilities of the adjacent or neighboring Exhibits or Booths; install any structures protruding beyond the boundaries of the rented space, including structures protruding into or hanging over the adjacent Exhibit spaces;
  2. No later than January 15, 2019, an Exhibitor shall provide a plan of its Exhibit to the Technical Service, specifying the Exhibit’s aggregate power consumption rate.
  3. No later than February 10, 2019, the Exhibitor shall pay its electricity connection fee to the Exhibition Directorate based on the power rate to be consumed.
  4. The Exhibitor shall obtain approval signatures on letters specifying the Exhibit space equipment to be brought to the Exhibition by vehicle and a list of Exhibitor’s equipment installation staff (each letter in three originals) and coordinate the time of such equipment’s delivery.
  5. The Exhibitor shall obtain approval of structures to be installed in the Exhibit space from representatives of the Fire Service, providing them with all required certificates and other documents on the materials and structures to be used in the Exhibit space, and obtain a permit for vehicle entry and construction of the booth.
  6. The Exhibitor shall obtain a permit for vehicular delivery of the Exhibit’s equipment.
  7. On the Exhibition floor, The Exhibitor shall request an update on the exact location where its Exhibit is to be constructed.
  8. Electric power shall be connected to the Exhibit after the full completion of wiring and electrical installation work and measuring the resistance of wire insulation (at the expense of the Exhibitor). The Exhibit is required to be equipped with its individual connection box complete with an automatic protection system. The cross-section and length of the feeder cable shall meet applicable regulations.
  9. After the closure of the Exhibition, the Exhibitor shall vacate the Exhibit space within the period designated for equipment dismantlement. The Exhibitor is required to remove its construction debris and waste (all structures and elements of the Exhibit that are left over after the dismantlement).
  10. In the event that the Exhibitor’s installers cannot meet the installation deadlines as set by the Exhibition Directorate, the Exhibitor (or its installation contractor) shall timely advise the Exhibition Directorate on possible extension of the installation period and pay an overtime fee.
  11. By 08:00 of February 25, all installation work must be completed, all installation equipment, containers and construction waste must be removed by the installers. Failure to meet this requirement shall entail a monetary penalty.
The Exhibition Directorate reserves the right to modify the Exhibitor’s design of the Exhibit space for reasons of fire safety, sanitary or epidemiological requirements, liability to third parties, and general conception of the Exhibition.
