Exhibitors are granted a 10% discount on the Congress participation fee

– Representative of an enterprise, financial/industrial company, bank 250 €
– Undergraduate/graduate student (includes publication of a summary) 66 €
– Participant in the Contest For Young Researchers (includes publication of a summary) 66 €
– Distance participation (publication of a summary only) 45 €
Organization fee from the Congress audience member (incl.VAT)
– Researcher and/or university/college teaching staff member (1 day) 23 €
– Researcher and/or university/college teaching staff member (2 days) 40 €
– Researcher and/or university/college teaching staff member (3 days) 40 €
– Representative of an enterprise, financial/industrial company, bank (1 day) 23 €

Exhibit space rate
Stand type charges: Corner ( two sides) - 5%, Peninsula - 7%, Island - 10%
– Bare space per 1 sq.m. 160 €
– Equipped space per 1 sq.m. 200 €

Best Product Contest participation fee (incl. VAT)
– Up to two product samples 100 €
– Each additional sample, but no more than a total of six 20 €
